Front door access code (dead-bolt only) is 3363. This code only opens the dead-bolt, it does NOT open the handle so please do not lock the handle. If you mistakenly do so, please call +1 (216) 702-9146 for assistance.
Check-out instructions (check-out is 10:00am)
Take all trash with you when you leave. There is no “garbage pickup” on St. John so residents and guests are required to dispose of household trash at one of the many government provided dumpsters found along the roadside across the island.
Load and start the dishwasher (only if you have time).
Strip the beds and place all used towels and linens on the floor in front of the washer/dryer (only if you have time).
Turn-off A/C, ceiling fans and lights.
